1. Vice Managing Director (1 person)

Requirements:

  1. Male/Female, under 40 years old
  2. Fluency in English is a must
  3. Fluency in Mandarin is preferred
  4. Bachelor or Master Degree of Mechanical Engineer, Business Administration or relevant field
  5. Have good knowledge about pump industry market in Indonesia
  6. Have strong relationship with government, especially for flood control

Job Descriptions:

  1. Assist director to conduct market promotion
  2. Assist director to manage local employees
  3. Assist director to develop high-quality local distributors
  4. Assist director to design marketing strategies and complete performance indicators
  5. Assist director to build strong local team and KPI
  6. Assist director to build and develop relationship with consultants, end user, and government

2. Consultant Engineer (3 persons)

Requirements:

  1. Male/Female, max. 38 years old
  2. Fluency in English is a must
  3. Fluency in Mandarin is preferred
  4. Graduate from Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related major
  5. Have work experience in consultant company at least 3 years
  6. Have strong knowledge about pump and pump market in Indonesia
  7. Have strong communication skill and problem-solving abilities
  8. Have good relationship with consultants and distributors

Job Descriptions:

  1. Develop market
  2. Make research about pump type product that is preferred in Indonesia market
  3. Build relationship with consultants
  4. Make presentations with consultants, especially for technical issues

3. Sales Engineer

Requirements:

  1. Max. 35 years old
  2. Have a private vehicle
  3. Have sales experience in the field of pumps or related to pumps
  4. Graduates from machine engineering major are preferred
  5. Bachelor Degree
  6. Must be able to communicate in English
  7. Can speak Mandarin is preferred
  8. Independent, hardworking, honest and responsible
