The services we provide are as follows:
- Field visit to check the operating conditions of Kaiquan equipment. We will conduct technical discussions with customers to discuss problematic equipment to analyze the causes and find solutions to the problems that occur.
- Provide communication and support for routine maintenance of Kaiquan equipment, as well as preventive measures in equipment maintenance
- Collect data and record pump operating performance every year. Additionally, check the condition of spare parts and provide necessary advice regarding replacement of spare parts.
- Providing services to check the condition of equipment that needs to be replaced before purchasing equipment that is not a Kaiquan product
- Perform equipment inspections and provide modification solutions for large-scale projects, such as steel mills, power plants, etc.
- Inviting customers to conduct training and technical discussions in Jakarta, and planning to arrange inspection of Kaiquan products directly at the Shanghai factory.
